My name is Carrie, I’m a Level 3 certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, based in the heart of the West Sussex countryside. I practice traditional Usui Reiki as passed down by Dr. Mikao Usui, and I’m honoured to be able to trace my Reiki lineage directly back to him.

Reiki made a significant impact on me over five years ago while I was seeking gentle ways to support my fertility journey. Sessions not only provided a deep sense of calm, but also led to immediate positive shifts. This initial experience ignited a profound interest in energy healing and its subtle yet powerful role in supporting overall wellbeing.

Prior to becoming a Reiki practitioner, I dedicated 18 years to the private healthcare sector, focusing on preventative health. After my daughter was born, I felt a strong desire to explore Reiki more deeply to understand how energy healing can support the body physically, emotionally and energetically while complementing other traditional wellbeing methods.

As my learning and practice evolved, it became clear that Reiki was something I wanted to share with others. Today, I offer Reiki as a gentle, personalised form of self-care, creating a calm and nurturing space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and feel supported on your own unique healing journey.
